Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: Until 12:00 noon
Early check in or late check out will be upon availability.
If you prefer earlier check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.
Free luggage storage room is available at our hotel.

Cancellation Policy: 
- Any cancellation or amendment is received before 3 days (before 72 hours) prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation or amendment is received after 3 days ( after 72 hours) to arrival date, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at our hotel will be treated as No-show, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed. 
- No-show 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.

Room Booking:
There are 2 options:
- "Book & Deposit" tab, 10 % deposit will be requested to secure your booking.
- "Send request" or "Contact us" tab, No deposit requested. Your travel final confirmation with travel details and arrival time is requested.

Payment method:
- By cash.
- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:

Child under 5 years old: Free of charge and share bed with parents.
Child from 5 years and over: surcharge US$ 20/person/night for additional child or an extra bed
Adults: surcharge US$30/person/night for additional person or an extra bed.


Pets: Not allowed.
